30k service Took truck in for state inspection + 30k service, got a quote on tires. Thought my included service was complete at 25k but apparently it was still active for 30k service !
A Griffin Service representative, Tony Vanhouten, was very through in his explanation of work completed and work was completed in a time manner. His very polite attitude gives me confidence the service was done well.

Excellent Service Department I will only take my care to this Toyota location. I have been to others but none have the exceptional service that I get when I come to the Warrenton, VA location. My service guy Tony Vanhutten is top notch and I have no worries when leaving my car in his care. I have never been in there and not been greeted with a positive stride and smile. There is no other location in my mind.

Top Notch I needed new tires for my van. Once upon a time, dealerships were the highest priced suppliers for many items for your car. We checked prices and the Warrenton dealership was the best price for the best tires. Mark was superb to deal with and kept us in the loop at all times. Ask for Mark or Tony in Service, you can't go wrong!
