Wonderful Experience Overall I really liked how friendly and helpful each person was as I made my decision. Fred went above and beyond explaining the different features in my car and as a result I am extremely comfortable with driving my new vehicle even though I have only had the car for a few days. Friends and family have commented on how they wish someone had sat down with them, just like Fred did with me, to explain the different features of the new cars they were purchasing.
Excellent service, nice facilities Excellent staff!! From the time you enter the facility to the time when you leave you are treated very professionally. I was kept well informed during the time I was there and received a detailed report when the work was done.
Great Staff that are 'upfront' with you upfront Friendly and courteous staff that listened to my requirements (vehicle and financing). They were considerate of my time and treated me like a valued customer.
All around excellent experience I had to bring my 11 month son with me. Everyone was very accomodating (opening doors, helping me with the stroller) and made it such an easy experience.
Thank you! I sent an email on a Sunday and it was answered by 9:00 am on Monday. I also called at 7:57 am and they answered the phone before opening at 8:00 am. That impressed me because that usually doesn't happen anywhere. Everyone was friendly and ready to help.
Thorough Service The technician was thorough. I had recently taken my car to someone else for service, and they installed a generic air filter. That part didn't fit properly. I was informed, and at my go ahead, the correct part was installed. Thanks much for catching this!
Nice dealership The salesman, Jean Joliceur, was knowledgeable and friendly but he was not pushy. They worked with me on the price and I didn't have to haggle with them. There was also a nice area for my young children to hang out and watch TV and a small playroom for them too.
Buying Experience Warrenton Toyota The sales associate who assisted us, Fred Lutz, did a great job in handling our questions, concerns and in explaining the cars features, options, etc. He was courteous, professional and funny. A real credit to your organization. He made the "pain" of having to buy a new vehicle less stressful for my wife and I. If we decide to purchase another Toyota in the future, we will come back and deal with Fred.
