Buying Experience Warrenton Toyota The sales associate who assisted us, Fred Lutz, did a great job in handling our questions, concerns and in explaining the cars features, options, etc. He was courteous, professional and funny. A real credit to your organization. He made the "pain" of having to buy a new vehicle less stressful for my wife and I. If we decide to purchase another Toyota in the future, we will come back and deal with Fred.

Recall When I arrived for my 8:88 am appt. last Friday and found that I did not have an appt. that had been scheduled by phone on 5/14/15, I was a little perturbed to say the least. They found a slot for me and the recall went OK.
