Exceptional Staff and Service We greatly appreciated the kindness and patience from the staff at Warrenton Toyota in our time of need. We were visiting Warrenton, VA from upstate NY and experienced a vehicle mishap with our 2006 Rav4. Our options were presented to us without sales pressure; we felt comfortable and at ease in order to make the right decision in our situation. We traded our vehicle for a 2014 Rav4 and are very pleased and happy; the customer service was above and beyond what we expected!

Great Customer Service We've been customers at Warrenton Toyota since it opened -- bought our current Camry there and have recommended your dealership to our friends. Customer service is great -- I personally think that's what keeps us coming back! I like the fact that the whole car is checked over every time we bring it in -- not just the problem we told you about! We could buy a car anywhere; it's the service that keeps us here!
Comfortable waiting area Courteous friendly staff and comfortable waiting area. Due to part having to be ordered a new loaner car was provided at no charge.
Everything done as specified I had just received a recall in the mail the day before my scheduled appt and the dealership was able to complete that service along with my oil change -- I was very happy that I didn't have to make another appt.
