Service Department Save I called in advance and was told service was open till 8. When I arrived at 5 I was informed that I was too late for an inspection. Total miscommunication. The team worked together and fit me in. I was totally taken care of. Excellent service!

Great Service Service Advisor, Justin Maynard, was great. I brought my car in to have the brakes checked and they were found to be okay. Justin explained everything to me about the brakes. And, you know I ended up buying a new car from Jean Jolicoeur. Can't get any better than that. Thank You.
Quick service but Mark is having a bad day I liked getting the work done quickly while I waited. John Weir was very helpful and got my car done and back to me quickly. When I called, John said that there was not wait and he was correct. It took about 30 minutes. John ended up coming into the lounge to let me know that it was completed in about 30 minutes.
