Last week I came home to a flooded house!! I'm standing in a kitchen with water coming up through my hardwood floors that are barely 6 months old! What do you do?? This company overcharged after a dishwasher leaked in my kitchen. They triple charged me for items which caused a delay with the insurance company not being able to pay. It took months and finally I fired them and hired another company Servpro. I would not hire Warrior for anything!
We had Warrior Restoration come out in 2019 due to our septic backing up and flooding our home. When the work was finished, we noticed issues with our shower, the ceiling in our bathroom, the lighting in the bathroom, the fireplace, and the floors. We brought up these issues to Rusty, who repeatedly insisted it was "supposed to be that way" or that it was user error. Service provided to me by Warrior Restoration due to clogged drain causing flooding in house was unacceptable from the painting to the new flooring installation and to top it off their contractor left a plug under the toilet which has cost me an extra $500 to fix. This company sucks!!**** Warrior Restoration made good on the poor workmanship provided by their EX employee which was not expected!!! They back up their work!!!
