This company overcharged after a dishwasher leaked in my kitchen. They triple charged me for items which caused a delay with the insurance company not being able to pay. It took months and finally I fired them and hired another company Servpro. I would not hire Warrior for anything!

We were not fired from this job. We were contracted to perform a mitigation only. We completed the mitigation and were paid for doing so. We perform all jobs, including yours, to IICRC standards and bill as work is incurred, providing all documentation to support the charges. Your insurance company attempted to not pay for the mitigation based on the correct category and class of the loss. We had Warrior Restoration come out in 2019 due to our septic backing up and flooding our home. When the work was finished, we noticed issues with our shower, the ceiling in our bathroom, the lighting in the bathroom, the fireplace, and the floors. We brought up these issues to Rusty, who repeatedly insisted it was "supposed to be that way" or that it was user error. Service provided to me by Warrior Restoration due to clogged drain causing flooding in house was unacceptable from the painting to the new flooring installation and to top it off their contractor left a plug under the toilet which has cost me an extra $500 to fix. This company sucks!!**** Warrior Restoration made good on the poor workmanship provided by their EX employee which was not expected!!! They back up their work!!!

I have had two water loss claims this year. I've used Warrior both times and have been very pleased with the crews and work done. I would have highly recommend Warrior until I received a call today from Ginger. I have been waiting for Warrior and my Insurance company to come to an agreement on the final bill for me to pay. Warrior Restoration was called our home; we didn't know that the plumber was calling a restoration company. We decided to use them since they were already here and we had some water damage. They brought so much equipment, didn't use it but tried to charge for it. The piled my glass table tops on top of my leather sofas with no blankets or protection. I had the owner, Lee, out to the house for a leak. When he checked, he said the leak had been cleaned by me. Lee did not send his crew because he said no further attention was needed. A few years later when a huge leak happened, I called Lee again because of his honesty and integrity. I have been pleased with the workers and the work.
