Nice technician who helped me through the painful and challenging process. Nice changing room as usual (still have a locker named Wonder Woman). Clean overall and efficient. Beware of paper-based and then tablet-based (digital) paperwork that seems to be duplications. The receptionist a bit cold, but otherwise no issue.
Based on the receptionist, I will probably visit another radiology center the next time I'm in need. I put off having a basic mammogram screening for years and chose this radiology center because it clearly states on their website that you do not need a doctor's referral for a standard screening. When I got there, however, the receptionist told me I needed one. I went to this site because I could not get my mammogram and Dexa scan back to back. The scheduler for this appt was very nice and pleasant in getting this appt set up in Arlington. Although very clean, the waiting room is small. The receptionist was not warm and fuzzy - just doing her job I guess. The changing room was very pleasant and clean. I've had 2 painless mammograms here. Quick and easy. It's a small office that feels like a spa.
WARNING: THEY NO LONGER VALIDATE FOR PARKING! I wish I had known this prior to making the appointment. $9 for less than an hour. To make matters worse, my technician was so rough!! I do think it was her, it's not a representation of all staff/technicians. Last year, my tech was lovely! The office is clean and well run, just wished I had gotten a heads up about parking and a more gentler tech.
Mammogram with minimal discomfort this time. Efficient staff, very short wait time for 8:45am appt. Convenient, free parking with validation ticket at check out. I have been going to WRA for over 20yrs; so glad they opened office in Arlington.

I've use this place for several years and they are very efficient and professional. Everyone is so very nice. The equipment is updated and does not hurt too much like some other places.
Annual mammograms are done here. Staff is professional and efficient. They make the situation as pleasant as possible.
