Cheryl Dando at the Washington Radiology Olney location is absolutely the most competent supportive employee I have encountered at a health facility anywhere in this area. She was friendly, helped me secure an appointment when I needed it, greeted me and my husband warmly, gave clear instructions and helped me when I was trying to locate my results with no hesitation or error. I cannot say enough good things about this woman,

This was my first time visiting Progressive Radiology and I would not hesitate to recommend this location to family and friends! I was extremely anxious to get an MRI for the first time but Cheryl and Dylan at the front desk were extremely warm and quick to get me checked in and seen. I was taken back to a room where I changed and waited for MRI tech, Robel to escort me to the room where the MRI would be done. The best MRI place ever.Very nice staff.Tec sweet and very patient.clausbaphobic but this you can handle.And very fast.Would highly recommend over and over again.

If you have to have an MRI, and I hope most of you don't, this place is friendly and welcoming. The front desk staff is nice and asks you a few questions when you make your appointment, and of course there are a number of forms to fill out. My last MRI was in a tube that was so scary and claustrophobic, but this wasn't too bad. It's noisy, so they give you ear plugs, but they said this summer they're getting a new system with a music system for the clients to listen to. Zero stars. They left out views on MRI. Didn't get report to my Ortho. Called me to set new appt to correct MRI. When I arrived they took 30 minutes to figure out what they were supposed to do. Not satisfied. Will never use them again. It's taken 3 weeks to do what ahould have taken 1

I had previous Service done on my knee in 2017 on my Knee. Shortly there after, an employee named Maria or Marina got authorization from her Supervisor that my next visit would be $277 due to me being a previous Customer as well. On 11/16/22, I was told from a current employee that "we can only go on the present data now & not past acknowledgements". Olney office staff is very unfriendly; no hello/goodbye/thank you or even a smile, the receptionist looks miserable, and she acts like you're bothering her. The tech was very pleasant. The worst part of this facility is that we have been waiting 6 days - yes, 6 days... and counting - for the results of my mother's MRI to determine if she is having TIA's or if anything else is prominently showing up in her head.
