My MRI went fine and the staff was friendly enough and the scanning tech was excellent. However while I was waiting to go back an older man came in with a mask around his chin and no one said anything to him. After a minute or so he put his mask over his mouth (not his nose). He did that for another minute or so and then his mask was around his chin again. It remained on his chin for about 10 minutes until I was called back. No one said anything to him. Had two MRIs here in several years. Tube is bigger than all the others I've tried, which is nice. Wait time is minimal probably due to their technician who adheres to a strict timetable. I have had several MRIs at Community Radiology & MRI around the back of the hospital, so I'm very familiar with these tests. Had to get an MRI Enterography. Have had numerous CT scans drinking barium, & the barium always explodes out of me before the test starts but staff allows me time to expel it before the test. Also, the amount I am r... read more

Terrible experience. Did not answer their phones during business hours. Finally go an appointment with a confirmation call. Drove three hours only to be called to tell me they have no record of my appointment or any thing about me!! STEER CLEAR!!!!!

Arrived early for MRI appt, and front desk appeared confused because they weren't aware of prep needed prior to the procedure. After being asked a few questions, they advised I was instructed to fast beginning at 2pm the day before. They then called an offsite doctor to discuss how I "failed" to follow instructions, spoke of my procedure and medical history...out in the open and in front of other patients! Had an appointment for my disabled mom. It was our second attempt to get my mom an MRI at this facility so they knew she was disabled. They asked us to come early because of the snow. We told them we couldn't and they specifically said that's fine. After arranging 4 people's schedules to assist my disabled mom, getting her into our accessible van and driving across town, we show up 20 minutes early for our appointment to find the place closed and locked down. It was very easy to make an appointment and when I got there the front staff was very efficient and got my test started right way. However, their state-of-the art MRI machine froze up during my test, turning a one hour study into a 2 hour ordeal. From what I overhead, this is not the first time they have had this problem.
