The wait time was non-existent. The nurse and doctor were very efficient. They explained everything clearly and keep me fully informed. One of the best doctor's appointments I have had.
I am very satisfied with the care I received at Washington Retina, specifically, Dr. Benjamin Reiss. Dr. Reiss is very professional and highly skilled, and I trust him with my eye care. The staff are friendly and courteous. I am so happy I, unexpectedly (due to an emergency circumstance), was referred to Washington Retina and Dr. Reiss. Very highly recommend.
Staff was very polite, efficient and the waiting time, short.The patient rooms were clean and each tme you changed equipment for eye exam they werewell sanitized.Dr. Reiss was very profssional courteous.
