The staff is very friendly and professional. Dr. Reiss is an excellent doctor. He listens, explains and works with you so you fully understand what your eye concerns/conditions are. I have been to him a number of times and so has my husband. We highly recommend him.
His support staff was kind and efficient. He got to the point, I didn’t waste my time nor his time but yet I didn’t feel blown off. I was there for just getting a baseline, and I appreciated the kindness and honesty with my next steps. Thank you.

They are very nice and informative in the office. Very organized. Dr. Reis is top notch! He did surgery on my retina and It turned out great. I am very confident in his care.
I’ve been coming regularly for injections. The staff is friendly and they have always been focused on cleanliness even before the pandemic. Dr. Reiss is very knowledgeable and competent. The wait times have really varied. They have lots of patients and sometimes it feels a bit like an assembly line but that is not a criticism, it kind of is and as long as excellent care is being provided it doesn’t matter
Dr Reiss solved a vision problem that would have impacted me for the rest of my days. Now have excellent and clear sight.
Dr Reiss performed a vitrectomy on my eye for a macular hole. The surgery was very successful. Even his colleague Dr. Ko tried to jokingly take credit for the surgery. I appreciated being informed about my condition throughout the process.
