We have 3 huskies that were seen for regular maintenance (shots and check ups) and one for hip problems. we were a client for 2 years. we had no problems until our dog got injured. I called and informed the desk that my dog needed stitches possible xrays and needed to be looked at. She had been bitten by another dog. She told me she could ask the vet IF we could be seen then I could be put on a list and maybe get a call later. At that moment, I could see that my dogs life wasn't all that important to them. I will not take my animals here again.
I took my kitten in to get neutered, they sent him home without a cone or any kind of pain medication in case of an emergency. That night he started licking intensely, crying and meowing loudly in pain. Today I went to get a cone for him and they charged me for it because it didn’t go home with him the day of surgery and it always took 30 minutes for them to give it to me!!! When we took our dog in to get her weighed there was no one in there but staff, but she was petrified and stared shaking It took us two hours to calm her down. She has Never done this except when there is Lighting or fire works. Never when we take her in some place.

I wasn't seen until fifty minutes after my appointment, desk staff is unprofessional, my records were a complete mess and I had to correct them four separate times on my information, which was plainly in front of them on my identification. On my call to make the appointment they even told me my dog and I were deceased - and no we were not confused for another patient. This is the most unorganized business I have ever had the misfortune to associate myself with.
I have been a faithful customer of this practice for about 18 years. I have entrusted the care of my dog team to them. We are now down to 3 old dogs who see Dr Julie with whom we are happy. Took my cats to get them neutered & they gave me back two very sick cats & they thought it was funny. Very horrible service.
