Worst experience ever bad enough that they only interested in money but they are insensitive vultures
They are NOT dependable in a urgent situation! My pets have been cared for by them for three years now,( since we started raise my pets as a puppy, we did regular health check ups,vaccinations etc). Today one of my dog had emergency breathing problem due to allergic reaction to something. My husband called them on the phone this morning, and he was on the phone with this woman for 10 minutes and explained to her that my dog has obstructed airway at this moment, can we bring her in right now?
