If I could 0 stars I would, the crew that operates in my neighborhood is completely incompetent and nothing has been done everytime we call we get told it’s being addressed and it never happens. They litter my entire street with garbage they absolutely will not pick up anything if it’s not in the bin it doesn’t matter if it’s tied up bundles or what it is. They are rude and vulgar and my entire street has complained. I’ve been waiting since December for new lids for the trash bin because I was told they won’t replace the bin... read more

Boxes left once again , can’t leave anything out that doesn’t fit in the bin or it gets left every single time, week after week , Sometimes they don’t take the trash in the bins either. Call in and they don’t care, they lie and lie and lie. Nothing gets escalated, nothing changes, trash doesn’t get picked up. There is never a supervisor or manager around , they don’t apologize, they literally don’t care. I have reported to 311 the city does nothing , I have now reported to Wink news as of today. Thank You to the team at Waste Pro in Ft Myers for the incredibly fast response to my email regarding the need for a new top to our re-cycling container. My email was sent at about 1:30 PM and by 4:30 PM the same day, I was quite pleasantly surprised, when I went to take our container to he curb, to find that it was already sitting at the curb, and with a NEW top installed. WOW!!! I'm so impressed with the level of customer service that I received today that I have to share. We had a scenario on trash day that required a bulk pickup, although the truck wasn't able to accommodate due to it already being full. I called in today and the CS rep, Mae, was able to expedite our request for a second pickup! I received a call 15-20 min. later from supervisor, James. He had everything completed right away. I didn't get the driver's name, but I'd like to give a huge thank you to all 3 of these folks!! ... read more
