2 Waste Pro gentlemen just came by my house and picked up some yard waste I had collected over the past few days. They were so nice and friendly waved to me and had a huge smiles on their faces! I asked what their names were and it was Terrance who was the driver that jumped out to help Marcelo with the yard waste. I told them I was going to write this review and found the truck number 13092. I hope their supervisor see's this review! Thanks Guys!

Yesterday, Jan. 16, was our normal PU day, at 17421 Newberry Lane, Estero. I placed five (5) large tied bags at the curb, along with my two (2) bins, garbage and refuse. Garbage vehicle came first, took garbage from the container but left the five bags. When I called WP to check on this matter, I spoke with a verypleasant and helpfu agent, who asked if the extra bags contained anything buit garbage, I informed her that they contained yard waste, but were completely enclosed and tied. Our trash and recycling pick up guys (672)go above and beyond and so do the yard waste (876)people.They get every twig or wrapper and they always have a wave and a smile. Today, a smiling Waste Pro driver went down Chiquita in a beautiful truck that boldly said "God bless America" ! Good, patriotic business! More businesses should be like them.

Good afternoon I was outside this afternoon when the recycling truck was a few houses away and was standing near the recycling container to wait till it was empty and the driver pulled up to my container and emptied it and he pulled in front of the next lot I believe to crush the recycled items in the back of his truck as he was doing this I walked to bring the can I and notified that they’re was two pieces of cardboard left behind I think they got stuck in there no big deal just as I was bringing it in a heard him backing ... read more
