I appreciate the wonderful team from truck # 13045. Johnathan Figueroa and Andrew Black are top notch and do an amazing job. Their service is always prompt, and they handle everything with care. It's a tough job, and their professionalism and friendly attitude are greatly appreciated!

I would like to give a huge shout-out to Chez and David with Waste Pro! We live in the Garden Lakes subdivision, and they always go over, above and beyond for us. They are friendly and be sure to greet us with their smiles whenever they are here! They know my husband is disabled, and they bring our garbage can up to the garage door to make it easier for us both! Thanks so much to Chez and David! Keep up the great work!

About to call the office for the 10th time, because the residential yard debris collection keeps skipping my house. Now I have no can to put my trash in since it is still full of cut up debris. This is getting very old.

We pay about $300 per year for this service and often it's been like pulling teeth to get stuff picked up. We put yard trash out at our house on Rose in Sanford, following all their rules about length and weight, and it sat there for months, even though we called several times to complain. The driver often doesn't even come down our street on garbage day. Today we phoned about having a dead fridge picked up and we were tenth in line for a representative so we gave up.
