Been requesting a pickup and no one comes and office says they dont know how to contact the drivers nothing they can do...guess no one cares anymore pathetic

Multiple times now the drivers have left part of my garbage. Under contract with my city, they are to take everything I put out. This is the 3rd time I’ve had to call and they tell me wait and see if they show back up, which they never do. Then they said a supervisor would be out, never showed up.

Already had to replace one trash can because the trash man broke it and now today at 4:00 pm by the high school I sat here and watched the guy just throw my old in the yard and then once poured the trash into his truck threw the trash can in the middle of yard as well. I get it’s a lot of work but if you’re going to treat people’s stuff that they buy with their money like crap then get a job that requires less work please.

Is it normal for your crews to sit at McDonalds on the corner of Normandy and Providence to smoke weed??? I have photos of you need them… my 6 year old was nice enough to take one for me after she asked what the horrible smell was!

About to call the office for the 10th time, because the residential yard debris collection keeps skipping my house. Now I have no can to put my trash in since it is still full of cut up debris. This is getting very old.

We pay about $300 per year for this service and often it's been like pulling teeth to get stuff picked up. We put yard trash out at our house on Rose in Sanford, following all their rules about length and weight, and it sat there for months, even though we called several times to complain. The driver often doesn't even come down our street on garbage day. Today we phoned about having a dead fridge picked up and we were tenth in line for a representative so we gave up.
