We had a pipe burst in our basement and the basement was a mess. Soggy drywall, wet carpet, warped baseboards, etc... Our insurance broker recommended Water Damage ***** and we gave them a call. Within an hour, the owner **** had visited to check out the damage and drop off a dehumidifier. The next morning (once the asbestos test came back neg), his team came bright and early (on a a Saturday), moved furniture, removed drywall, carpet, etc..., fogged/sprayed to prevent mold, and setup quite a few blowers to dry things out. *... read more

It is so hard to see your own basement flooded, but if you have this company to help you clean up and restore. There should not be any worries that they do such fantastic job as if it had never happened..

John was very quick to respond, it amazed me! Once he arrived he was very courteous, respectful, professional and knowledgeable, explaining what needed to be done and why. He scheduled a crew out the next day, Marcus and Carlos, great guys! They completed their work successfully and efficiently. Overall great team, I would highly recommend them!
