AFTER CONTACTING MANY MANY WATER COMPANIES WATER SPECIALTIES WAS The ONLY ONE WILLING AND ABLE TO ASSIST WITH MY WATER PROBLEMS. I EVEN HAD TWO TELL ME TO SELL MY HOUSE. SCOTT WITH WATER SPECIALTIES SET UP A SYSTEM AND WITHOUT USING BLEACH, CHLORINE TABLES AND ANY OF THE OTHER HARSH CHEMICALS SUGGESTED TO ME BY OTHERS. MY WATER IS GREAT.

The reverse osmosis unit is very good from what we can tell. The installer was phenomenal. He was extremely knowledgable, friendly and polite and did a great job. I talked to the sales department for possibly getting a water softener and didn't get a call back for many days after talking to the respresentative. I went with a different company instead even though they were more expensive, but they responded quicker.
