Try Another Complex Recently, I have moved into another unit in this complex in doing so I moved into a unit that is roach infested, broken dryer, broken refrigerator to the point I lost all my food because it took the maintenance a week to come take a look. then decided i need a new refrigerator which took a few days. Not haappy with the current situation Neighbors upstairs are up and walking super hard to the point we cant sleep and we have to get up early nothing has been done no respect for other people after 10pm til 2am not good

The last two... (Verified Renter) The last two times maintenance has been in my apartment they have not left it as they entered. First time when the fire extinguishers were replaced, lights were left on. This time, my AC was turned down 6 degrees cooler than I left it,& I was not home for at least 9 hours after they came in based on the note left.

I like my... (Verified Renter) I like my unit. The floor plan is very conducive to my lifestyle. However, the management staff is not professional and do not do what they say they will do. So, I tell people the truth. If they don't mind dealing (or not) with the office staff, it's a great place to live.

(Verified Renter) In addition to previous comments, I feel the fees we had to pay upon moving out were a little shady and unjust, since the move in condition was not exactly pristine. We paid because we just wanted to be done with Waterford Place once and for all. There was all a very high turn around in the front office.

If you are looking to be treated as a person and not just a renter, I would not recommend. the staff tried to help but the management/owners did not take care of me and wanted my check without regards to what they promised and stopped communication. It took 4... (Verified Renter) It took 4 times for me to personally go in to the office before they finally resolved my incorrect billing issue. The final notice on my door was a notice of possible "lock out" and eviction process. I really did not feel it was necessary to get to that point before a final resolution was reached.
