Run away. Other post are fake! I currently live here. I have issues with roaches and AC constantly. I've asked numerous times these reoccurring issues to be fixed but they always return. One day I came home from work and my entire dining room carpet was flooded. I called maintaince and they said it was ac issue and lifted my carpet and had 3 large fans dry my carpet for 2 days and nights . 2 days later the same thing happens and the maintenance took longer to respond to my emergency.
