I've been living at the Waterstone apartment for about three years, and I must say I really do enjoy living here. The management and maintenance staff is very kind and considerate. Voltan is one of the men on the maintenance team he come in very professional get the job done clean up behind himself and he's gone..Voltan good job!!! So if you're looking for somewhere to stay come on over to Waterstone and let's be neighbors
Waterstone at Brier Creek has an excellent, professional and quick responding maintenance staff.
This place is a beautiful place to live. The maintenance is done asap and the grounds and buildings are kept up and immaculate. The front office staff (Ashelyn and Heather) are some of the friendliest people I know, always available with any issues and help. The maintenance staff ( Joe and Al and Elsie) are very hard workers and so concerned with the property. They all really care. I have been at the Waterstone since September 2015 and plan to sign for another year next month! Awesome pool, quiet end of Brier Creek, $5 Uber to RDU close to shopping, movies, restaurants (new Mellow Mushroom just up the road!). Responsive friendly staff that cares and takes care of problems quickly. Last year my A/C was not performing well over a holiday weekend. Perfect!! Location and Staff!! Fairly priced and clean! They also have a super Spectrum Rep who helps with connection of services. Defiantly worth a look.
Waterstone at Brier Creek is hands down the best, most affordable, and highest quality apartment complex in Brier Creek, and i would know because i NO JOKE toured everyone like an insane person because FOMO. My fiancé and I have lived here since July 2017 and plan on staying out until we eventually purchase our first home. I've lived here for two years now. As a renter for over 8 years, I have to say that this is the best place I have ever lived! The office staff are so responsive and friendly. I've always felt comfortable with the maintenance staff being in my apartment and they have always responded to requests within 24 hours. I have a dog and they are very pet friendly. I have lived at Waterstone for a little over a year now. I have 0 complaints about the property. The pool is never crowded, the gym is always clean and has wonderful equipment that is easy to use. There is ample parking for both residents and their guests. I will say this is not the type of community where neighbors are constantly in each other's faces and forced to "bond". My fiance and I lived at the Waterstone at Brier Creek for 1 year and 7 months, and we hated to leave! We would have stayed for longer, but work took us out of the Raleigh area. We moved in within the first few months of the complex opening and although by the time we left, the apartments were full, the neighborhood is still very quiet and home-y.
