Waterstone at Brier Creek has been a wonderful place to live! My husband and I moved to the area without ever visiting Raleigh, let alone the apartment complex. The staff was SUPER helpful and went above and beyond helping us choose our apartment. They even went and took additional pictures of our unit so we could get a better idea of what the apartment looked like. Having never seen it until moving day, we were not disappointed. Great staff! Great apartment! Very stylish and very roomy. Huge garden tubs that most people don't even get in their own house. Large kitchen. Maintenance is quick and outstanding. Very reasonable monthly rent. Lots of Parking. The ladies in the office are friendly & professional. They even hold your packages from UPS or FedEx. My fiancé, 2 dogs and I have lived at the Waterstone apartments for almost 15 months now and plan to stay here until we find the right house for us. We live in a 2nd floor, one bedroom apartment. We truly love where we live and feel so happy about calling this place home. We thoroughly enjoy cooking in our kitchen with all the super up to date appliances. This is a wonderful place to live! Our apartment is very cozy and backs up to trees. We wake up to birds chirping versus cars honking of driving by. There are great amenities in the apartment including great kitchen appliances and marble countertops. The lay out of the apartment is really spacious and cozy at the same time. The pool, grill, gym, and game room are all really nice. This apartment community is brand new, its not even finished being built. If you're looking for a new apartment home, this is the place to be, i promise it!
Maintenance does not do good upkeep on apartments. Our apartment went days without water in the kitchen because it leaked to the apartment below. We live in an apartment of 3 adults that work 12-14 hours from home nonstop and was subject the stinch of dirty dishes and trying to was what we could in the bathroom while the staff were dressed up having a party. Pay for luxury. Get trash. Won't get what you pay for here. Advertised as luxury apartment homes, but far from it. Crime is rampant. In the past month alone, there have been break-ins, drug deals, numerous police encounters in the middle of the night, and several homeless folks roaming about and spending their nights on property. I love my apartment but I've had it with the staff here at Waterstone. We moved into our apartment in March and I can't complain about the size, appliances, or property (aside from the dog poop that people refuse to pick up). However, our contract clearly states no Airbnb's, that is unless the property manager and asst. manager are cashing in on it.
