When we had follow up questions her answered right away and was able to explain everything he found in detail! All of the pictures taken were very clear so we could see the exact issue

RecommendedExcellent experience! Great customer service. Oliver and Eddie were very detailed with their report. They took a lot of pictures as well to point out the areas they are concerned with. Once receiving the report, I was able to contact Oliver for a thorough explanation and he was more than patient with me, very happy to explain each write up. I am very grateful for his kindness and helpful suggestions as I am not physically there. Would recommend to anyone I know!!
