Multiple reasons, incorrectly noted that the AC was not cooling properly and needed serviced. (Had a professional AC guy come out after the inspection and found no issues with the AC, it’s also worked great the last month I’ve owned the home.) BEWARE. If the the quality of their business practices are a reflection of the quality of their work, use someone else. Impossible to get on the phone to start. After waiting nearly 30 minutes on the phone with the automated system telling me I can also book online I decide to it online. Booked and paid for wind mitigation inspection only to get a call back stating the pricing online was incorrect. Instead of $75 it would be $125. Had them inspect a home we eventually bought. They found no problem with the a/c. The day we entered it did not work. Replacing it will be $7800.
