Multiple items the inspectors either looked over or cleared as good despite present issues. We trusted Waypoint to catch these things, and they didn't. They missed some basic electrical items and issues with the roof, despite the final inspection showing that there were no issues with these items. Electrical: Report showed that they checked the appliance and wall plugs in the house with no issues, however there was a arc short in the living room, and the washer/dryer 240v plug wasn't even wired, nor was there a breaker for ... read more
Here’s the thing. There is no doubt in my mind that most of these five-star reviews are legitimate. I rarely take the time to make any kind of review. I don’t know why, but I just don’t. The only reason we ended up using this company to inspect our new home was because the inspector we wanted to use, the one we used on a previous offer we put on a house but pulled out on because he actually did his job well and found issues - was booked a week ahead and the timeline we were given from the seller didn’t allow us to use them. ... read more
