Family run business. Pride of ownership is reflected in their work. I was taken by another company. When they took my lightning rods down to get a new roof, they basically shredded my cable. Also the screws that were used by the previous installer were not correct. William pointed out the issues and worked out a fair price. I was given new lightning rods too! Oh and I received a weather vane. Here it is storming and lightning today and I feel very safe. So glad to have worked with this company!
William Burden responded to our request for a quote within the hour. He and his son were at the site the next morning. He explained the situation we had--which was extremely unsafe as the cabling system had deteriorated and had missing sections along with missing rods.
