William was not only professional, knowledgable, and a very presentable young man, but a nice human being. He knows the family lightning rod business and is easy to talk to. We were hit twice by lightning and we were ready to do something. I had other quotes and William made it easy to make up our minds. Fast professional job. Had everything needed to do it right.
William arrived in the afternoon and 5 hours later he finished installing the lightning rods. I can't say enough about this company. Excellent. Professional. Highly recommend!
Very easy to work with, professional all the way!
