THE BEST customer service!!! The sales people are not pushy and they have the BEST prices!!!! About $500-$1,000 cheaper than all other furniture stores!!! we will for sure be back. If any friends need to buy new furniture or mattress for your home i highly recommend going here! You can rent a uhual cargo trailer for $30 and pick it up yourself or they decreased their delivery fee to lake Charles due to the hurricane. 5 ⭐️ from us!! 🥳🥳🥳 ask for Kevin Briscoe or kevin!
Customer service was absolutely amazing! They do not hound you at all. They ask if you need help & let you roam freely! Delivery was also so fast & easy! They were on time & respectful as well. This will be my new goto furniture place!

Today I went to WCC Furniture to shop for a new bedroom set. As me and my daughter walked in about five sales looked at us never greeted us. MR. DJ Thomas was the only one that had great salesman gratitude. He answers to every question and was knowledgeable of his sales. I purchased a bedroom bed and was very satisfied with his help .Thank you very much
