We purchased a set of super comfy recliners at a great price. Well one chair had a click in the rock and would sit way back. Called and dealt with Mr Chad. The customer service I received from Mr.Chad has been amazing. They came and picked up chair ordered new mechanism. Once chair was fixed Matt from WCC called to set up delivery day and time. Well scatter brained me kinda over scheduled my day so I called and Mr William assured me that they would get the recliner delivered back to me with plenty of time to make my appointm... read more
