We went in yesterday looking for an accent chair or recliner. Our sales person was Logan Emerson. Logan took very good care of us he is very knowledgeable of all of the products you have to offer. We ended up getting a lift chair because I have a disability and he could see that would be the best option for me. Thank you Logan for your great customer service I can't wait for my chair to come in I know it will make things much easier for me.
We absolutely LOVE WCC! Everyone is so nice and helpful! They have always treated us like family instead of just another customer! WCC has been our "go to" furniture store since we moved to the area and will definitely continue to be! Thank you guys for never letting us down!! We appreciate you guys!! Keep up the amazing customer service!
We did our furniture shopping at WCC and were helped by first time salesman Logan Emerson the was very friendly and knowledgeable. The delivery team was really professional and friendly as well. After having the new power recliner's which we love I had a small issues I accidentally cut the power wire. The service department was great timely and got the part I needed for me for free. All around great place to shop definitely a customer for life
It was my first visit to WCC Furniture . I was in desperate need of a recliner asap and thanks to Mr. Logan Emerson I found one quickly. He was so kind and helpful and will definitely be back for future furniture needs. I really love the warm atmosphere and would recommend them to friends and family!! Even the young lady who took the payment was so sweet and friendly ! Definitely a great shopping experience!!
