The person was very professional. He came and checked what kind of thermostat and wiring i had. He also found that the person who installed my thermostat had used electrical tape which allowed the thermostat to go on and off when the 2 wires touched each other. I needed the C wire to be installed. I made an appointment for the following week. He was prompt for the appointment. After installing the thermostat he helped me connect my WI-FI to the thermostat.
