Good and courteous service, arrived on time.
AC UNIT NOT WORKING.OUTSIDE TUBING COMPLETELY ICED OVER. THE UNIT HAD TO BE DEFROSTED. TNE NEXT DAY THEY CAME BACK. WE WERE FORTUNATE TO GET THE SAME REPAIR PERSON FROM YESTERDAY. HE CHECKED FOR LEAKS IN SYSTEM OF FREON. NONE FOUND BUT HE ADDED FREON SLOWLY. NOW AC IS WORKING. HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING,WAS CURTEOUS AND EFFICIENT . PRICE WAS REASONABLE. I WOULD HIRE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
I hate when my AC goes out! Often times it takes a couple of days for someone to come out, or to get the right part. I submitted my request on HomeAdvisor and was about to call Weathershield based on their reviews. While the phone was in my hand, they beat me to it. They had someone out to my house within 90 minutes. When I heard that we needed a part and they had to see if there were any in stock, I knew I would be sleeping in a hot house that night! Project was cleaning the dryer vent. They told one price over the phone, and when they finished the work they wanted to charge me more money. I had to speak with a sales representative in order to get charged for the price I was offered over the phone.
