This spring is the beginning of our 3rd year using Weed Man Lawn Care. We bought our house 5 years ago and the lawn was HORRIBLE. Weeds EVERYWHERE. Including massive bald spots. I'll admit, I was discouraged after the first year. Didn't see a lot of change. However the second year I worked diligently on pulling up crab grass and all typed of weeds. They got rid of my thistle and dandelion problem. I've used Weed Man for a little over two years now, and they have helped get rid of my thistle from my landscaping and side yard. Thistle is so stubborn, and my neighbor's backyard is full of it, so naturally, it infested the part of my yard closest to my neighbor's fence. The weeds are getting better every season. I have used weedman for many years now even recommend them to my parents and friends. They were am amazing service but they have really really struggled with my yard this year. I has a service for may 14th and they did a full workup and I have new growth today. I have never experienced this with weedman before but since I called and tried to get my inlaws homes on to weedman through the sales team my service got worse and my payment went up an excessive amount. I have agreed to discontinue my service with weed man. I have been frustrated with this company for the last two years. They hire inexperienced people to come out and work in your yard. They on there for five minutes. My ADT picks up the time they come and the time they leave when you called and complain, they making an excuse. I have even showed them video of the action secretary in the office are rude and when you complain about something, the first thing they say is, I was upset and I was angry. I hired Weed Man to treat my lawn and eliminate dandelions. After their application, the areas they sprayed did not just lose the weedsthe grass itself died, leaving numerous dead patches throughout my lawn.When I raised my concerns, the manager came out to inspect the damage. Had a treatment done in October 2025. First off the technician was a young inexperience person who forgot to apply the fertilizer so had to come back. He apologized saying "he's new to this".....??? Now this spring I have more crabgrass than I ever had using ****** products and doing it myself for years. This place is a scam. They sent me an advertisement on social media for 1 Free Service. I thought this is fine I can evaluate them on a visit to my home. I filled out the online form and it required me to enter a Credit Card. i decided against this, I do not trust any business that wants my Credit Card on flle. So they call me , I missed the call. Terrible service. Their technician oversprayed weed killer to my rock bed and killed a 1/4 of my yard with weed killer. I constantly had weeds 3 foot high in my back yard rock bed. They are now suing me for non payment.
