My boyfriend’s family, actually his Ex-father in law needed the services of this firm and they delivered for his spouse & children seamlessly. Watching from the outside they were incredible.

My Dad suffered for years from Asbestos exposure. We did our homework and called W&L. While the $$$ won’t bring our Dad back, at least we can live knowing that he’d been smiling after the settlement Weitz G***** for us, THX W&L.

The excuses they give me are beyond ridiculous at this point. I believe they are playing games with our settlement money . Anyone else getting this nonsense with **********.

They are the most uncaring, greedy bunch of people I have ever known. What I got for my settlement is a disgrace. The lawyers in this lawsuit got $800 million for their work. ********************************** sued for 8% more for themselves because they believe they should get more. More! My settlement was shaved by their 40% attorney fees, , then 30% for ******** , then their office expenses for paper clips, mailing costs or whatever and because they could think Of nothing else to deduct, they send me a check for less than... read more

I only gave them one star cause I had to. I have had the worst experience with them as you could have. I was told In June I would be paid in ********************************************************* 2 weeks by my paralegal BUT unfortunately that was a lie too .. wow and they speak to you as if they are doing you a favor .. and none of them really know an answer lol get it together .. I WOULD NOT USE THESE CLOWNS AT A BIRTHDAY PARTY!!!!

MONSANTO LAWSUIT AGAINST ROUNDUP. My husband used Weitz and Luxenburg as his Attorneys to join in this lawsuit due to the fact that he had used Round-up in a Nursery business and for personal use here at home for our Persimmon trees. We were shocked to find out that he had developed Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma and had to have Chemotherapy and Neulasta treatments. He has never been the same since. My husband died of Mesothelioma in 2018, we contacted Wietz and Luxemburg for help. They were nice in the beginning but for the past two years they have held up what is owed to me saying it is because of Medicare. I do not owe money to Medicare. There is a nice sum in escrow I am waiting on. No one has returned my calls on the Medicare problem. The paralegal was nice but that is as far as I got. I would like to stay with the law firm but I would like to receive the money in the escrow account.

I've been waiting well over one year to receive the funds from my settlement and for the percentage your office (David **K******) receives this is unacceptable. I've been more than patient and the paralegal I've been in contact with has been helpful but her hands are tied and there's only so much that she can do.
