I put in for the 3M ear plugs law suit. This Lawyer was suppose to handle it. I received in my email shortly after contacting them, something to fill out for all my personal info. and past military info. They sent it to me so they could get my records from the VA. i filled it out and emailed it back 3 different times. Then, they wanted me to fill it out a 4th time. they took my case sat onit then droped me told me to get annother lawyer and they harrass me all the time with phone calls e-mails and letters. i mightr call the cops on them for harrassment. this firm is useless.

Have dealt with this office for over a year, have notarized all of their requested paperwork and after numerous calls, settlement has yet to be disbursed to me. They have a high turnover rate amongst employees as I am informed that person previously assigned to my file no longer works with them.

I was referred to this law firm and things went very well in the beginning. Then when I was reading over the contract and ask how much of the settlement would actually come to my husband. The person I was working with said there was no way of knowing the amount. I said there must have been cases similar to my husband's could we get a ball park figure. They finally came back with an unreasonably small amount so my husband decided not to file a lawsuit using their services. After that they sent us a letter stating their law fi... read more

I'm sorry you had this experience, but it is unethical for firms to make any promises on the value of future settlements, so you were pressing us to do something that is very difficult. Moreover, asbestos injury lawsuits are filed against actual companies (and not some public settlement fund) so without the names of the companies that manufactured the asbestos products that your husband came into contact with, there is no one to sue. A very bad experience. Lawyer was indifferent. Would never even return one phone call. Left numerous messages. I assume he didn't care enough about how i'm suffering. Probably the money was his only issue
