A friend of mine had an eye injury at her place of work, and workers comp there said she needed to go to Wellnow. So I took her to the nearest one, which was in Webster. We arrived at the door at eight pm, only to find out that every Wellnows close at 8 pm. "But I'm hurt!" "Come back tomorrow." The person with the injury said it was slight, and agreed to come back tomorrow, making an appointment for just after 8 am, when they open. Great Experience. I recently picked up my son from RIT with the specific intention of bringing him to this facility. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful when the online check-in process encountered issues with our insurance. The cleanliness of the facility really stood out to me. The actual medical service went smoothly, and the staff were helpful. My gripe is that I feel strongly that I got charged for my co-pay twice, the second time three months later and with no clarity regarding what it was for. When I called about it, I was told there had been a second service I received in relation to my visit that warranted a second, separate co-pay. WHAT?!!! Excellent care, scheduling and office staff but unbelievable prices for lab testing. Standard UTI billed $1200 for lab tests, my cost over $800 on top of $180 visit fee and billing is horrible to work with. Just stated that is what my insurance company agreed to. I even called with my insurance company. I have no recourse. Do not go there if you need ANY lab work unless you are ready to spend $1000!!

If you need to be seen call first to make an appointment!!! If you make an appointment online then you will not be seen at that time. Made an appointment for 12:30 and didn't get contacted until 1:40 when I had another appointment. They do not care about your time. The staff are nice but the system is appalling. If someone makes an appointment there should be a room open for that time.

Came to just do mandatory on boarding. Two days in a row for 2 hrs and still yet have to finish. I just dont understand. Rude service twice and as a person who works in health care this is just crazy.

There was maybe one or two other people there. Waited 40 minutes to get roomed just to wait another 20 to get seen. Was there for an hour and 30 minutes all together. If you have somewhere to be, don't go here. Could hear all of the staff talking and I saw them all jest waiting around.

Went there once, waited a long time, got minimal care / service, just got notified they will no longer accept Excellus, we will not be going to any WellNow centers in the future.
