Had to go in kinda close to closing time on Saturday. All of the staff was great, they helped me out incredibly fast. 6 stitches later from Abigail and I'm good to go. She was super professional but also just a really nice person. I would absolutely go back here if I need to again. Only weird part is that Blue cross blue shield is out of network, but even the out of network copay wasn't that bad.

Seriously the best urgent care I've ever been too! Lol, and I went three days in a row. Check in was fast, employees were polite and medical providers knew what they were doing. This place is 20 minutes from my house. Best choice was to go here versus the urgent care in Chili. I saw Abigail twice and she was excellent as was the doctor the first day.

Finding decent health care, especially these days, at a time of need, is very difficult to find. I am pleased to say that this location is absolutely awesome!! The staff are friendly and professional, the place is clean and well-kept,...and I was in and out in a respectable amount of time! My script was sent to the nearby Wegman's Pharmacy, and I was on my way. Great experience!

A+ the nice lady with the long white hair assisted me patiently on the phone to schedule an appointment and when I arrived the nurse (I forgot his name, African American gentleman) was very professional and made great convo! They had all the amenities to make me feel comfortable including a vintage package man machine, slushi machine and water! But it was the people, not the products that won me over.🙂

We love the Well Now on Empire Blvd. - we always get into a room quickly and the staff have ALL been amazing! When we have to go, my daughter requests to go there, even though we pass 3 other urgent care locations on the way. Thank you all for being so wonderful!
