Staff and providers are great, but god help you if you have a simple billing question. I've been trying to get a detailed bill to submit to my FSA for over six weeks. Multiple calls and emails. The people at the location can't help, and the people at the main billing dept are horrible and SO unresponsive. They accidentally overcharged my copay, and it has become a huge problem rather than an easily solved issue. I won't go back on the off chance that I need to talk to someone about the financial side of things.

I've had great experiences here prior. Normally friendly staff when I've been in the mornings with sick children. Today it was me who was sick . Tonight was MUCH different. They say walk in welcome, but apparently that's only if you get there at least an hour before closing as they want to be out right at 8pm. I arrived at 7:20 pm and no one was in the waiting room.
