This is a really efficient clinic. They kept my appointment on time and I was in and out fast. It was a 5 minute drive to get my prescription and they called it in so fast the drug store was filling it before I got there. I really like this clinic and the doctor, and even the person at the front desk. I was accurately diagnosed in no time.
This place went downhill bad!! If you're going for any work related drug screen, you'll be there for three hours minimum. Regardless of any appointments booked in advance. Which I had. Somehow you'll be #14 in line, yet there's only 3 total people in the waiting room. Simple drug screen/physical 3-5 hours of your day, with an appointment. Be ready
I recently moved out of state and was pleasantly surprised by the quick and efficient assistance I received here. I wish I had a similar facility in my current location! The staff, nurses, and doctors are all highly professional and dedicated to providing excellent care. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking quality medical attention.
As soon as I walked in the door, I got instant attitude from the receptionist. The sticker on the floor said to wait there until called, never got called just stared at and finally with the attitude tone “you know you can come up here..” I said well it says to wait until called. Provider and staff were honestly fabulous. However, I’m deeply disappointed that WellNow has decided to close the Occupational Medicine side of the office and merge it with the urgent care side. I spent 2 hours and 45 minutes there for what used to be a 30 - minute max in and out “appointment.” Won’t be going back for work-related reasons again.
