The young woman who checked me in could see that I had some mobility issues and was very quick completing forms so I could sit down. She also assisted an opening doors for me when I went through to see the doctor. The doctor treating me was very gentle and reassuring. She prescribed me antibiotics and changed my dressing and explained that I should follow up with my doctor as soon as possible. I was only an urgent care for about two and a half hours.
I was not expecting this level of emotional and physical care from a walk in visit. From the start the staff were very caring and kind. The sign in process was easy. The wait was a bit longer than I wanted but this is as anticipated. Ryan was a real help and I was reassured every step of the way. I would highly recommend.
The staff was so nice and friendly and professional and they made it so much easier than I thought it would be.... I went in to have Staples removed from my head and they were really decent about it and it didn't hurt that much and made me feel at ease.. from the first face to the last face.. they were awesome. I plan to order a nice Holiday gift for the staff there.
The overall experience was different than the experience with the practitioners. I had trouble getting registered to get started. The QR code didn't bring up prompts on my phone. Someone else got called up to the desk while I was establishing the QR code really didn't work. There was a problem with that registration. I was feeling rotten; I had to get back in line and wait while the attendant, who was alone, fixed the issue, because I knew if I sat down I would lose my place in line. Clean facility. Nice works but... There was one young lady. Dark skin, glasses, braids, very loud,rude and very vocal about her personal business in a work setting. Follow one co worker and distract him while he's trying to do his job. 🗣️ Alex look! Guess what I did Alex! " I brought my boyfriend a truck last week! "Waiting for him to cheat so I can take it back". Going up front to bother front desk staff. The kicker for me was " Why are all these patients coming out there exam room" .
