We are out of state and my son is complaining of ear pain. He is prone to ear infections during cold/flu season so I knew I had to get him in. It was the closest urgent care to our hotel with available appointments so I booked the appointment last night. Got in this morning and it was smooth sailing from finished to end. I had good medical care and was handled in a timely manner. But their phone "system "does not allow you to call them afterward. I repeatedly called to get lab results, to be left on hold by an automated robot, and never be connected to the clinic. After 15 minutes, it just told me to call back. The only way I could get my lab results was to actually drive back to the clinic. Remember, I was sick. Based on that, I would never go back to this clinic again.

I came at exactly 8:05 AM and this location wasn't even opened. When I knocked on the front door because I was hoping to at least sit down because I was in immense pain, I was just stared at by the front desk attendant Sarah who had the worst attitude. I recommend going down the street to the Thompson Rd where I was treated with respect from each person I interacted with. I needed to be transferred to the hospital for a CT and X-Rays. I hope if you need urgent medical assistance that Sarah is not working.

They take too long to help. There is almost always never enough employees. The doctors take very long to help

I visited this location in early August to get eye drops. They took my insurance info and charged me $50 copay. Only to find out that 2 months later they randomly charged over $300 to my cc they kept on file. The person who checked me in didn't put the insurance information in the system. Now I'm fighting to get my money back. They are saying maybe 40 business days to refund. This is insane and fraud. They also advised I have to chase this down they won't notify me if it's refunded. If you go to WellNow on Erie Boulevard, I urge you to be careful. I took my daughter here for a routine UTI and the WellNow ran seven tests on her urine, totaling more than $1,200. One of the tests cost almost $700. When I looked up this WellNow on the Better Business Bureau website, I saw several identical complaints. In every case, the patient came to WellNow with a UTI. Scheduled an appointment for a certain time, waited over an hour to be seen and when we were seen they had zero idea what we actually needed to have done. Zero stars.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Had to wait 1 hour+ to see a doctor. The staff is very unprofessional and have attitudes. Would not recommend.

would give zero stars if possible. waited for 30min on the phone without ever being answered. made an appointment online and waited 2 hours to be seen for possible pneumonia, just to find out they don't have the tests that their website says they have And for the provider to ask if I still wanted to be seen after 2 hours. no one here is polite or respectful of your time, and nursing staff are incredibly rude
