How scary. I was simply calling to correct a patient record since they have been calling and leaving text messages on my personal cell phone for over 3 years! I don't live in the state and never used a WellNow. Their main phone line just rings off the hook time and time again, year after year. They have also not responded to my multiple texts or emails to correct the issue. Is this how Urgent Care's operate in Syracuse?? Wow. So professional. Glad I don't need their services!

Made an appointment, only not to be seen for over three hours. Only one provider at entire center (a nurse practitioner) and she spent more time texting at her desk than seeing patients (literally over half an hour at one point). Incompetent with simple paperwork, and this is coming from someone in the medical field themself. Absolutely no excuse to have this poor quality of patient care.

The billing company for this company is very shady and will only send you one bill. Don't sign up for email notices or you'll never receive a bill. Don't go here unless you want to not be billed correctly using shady tactics. As someone who worked in healthcare billing, I can tell you that this company does not follow the billing practices that other healthcare companies follow.
