My friend had dislocated shoulder and so I called them multiple times to see if they could help and they didn't answer. We get there and there's dead one person there like one client and then one worker. So idk why they couldn't pick up the phone. I ask them if they can help with dislocated shoulder and they're like yes and then I bring in my friend and they bring him in the back and then 2 seconds later they bring him back out and are like oh yeah it looks dislocated and we can't fix dislocated shoulders. I went there a couple of months ago. to the office in Clifton Park. I had a 1:30 appointment. I recently moved here from downstate. I had what I thought might be an ear infection. I had ear pain and was having a great deal of difficulty walking and keeping my balance. I was also congested. I was the only person in the waiting room when I arrived 15 minutes early as instructed. On 11/04/24, I visited the office. On 11/07/24, I needed additional help. First, the office provided inaccurate information for my prescription. Second, I was on the phone for 2 hours with the office, talking with Aminah, and the pharmacy at CVS. Initially, the clinic lead Yair was not helpful. When I told her I was going to file complaints, she told me she would help me by resending my prescription to CVS. However, CVS did not receive my prescription, when I arrived. The website showed it wasn't busy, I still made an appointment. When I walked in it was packed. A patient was being treated incredibly rude by one of the workers in the middle of the waiting area. I left and went somewhere else. I would not recommend going here.

Couldn't even speak in the care... was humiliated and belittled in room full of people, WITH my 2yr old grandchildren. I could never imagine people like that working in a place that's caring for sick people. I don't use modern technology so unaware of their protocol... and it would have been nice to just be directed rather than made a fool of. I simply didn't know u had to schedule. There is no movement of patients: nobody in, nobody out. They are clearly operating with unusually limited personnel. You could absolutely die waiting. Do NOT go here.

If you are a veteran.....stay clear of this place and just go to the Albany Med urgent care next door to crunch fitness down the street. By Law, if you are a 100% service connected veteran, you can, without appointment, go to an urgent care, and it will be covered with the VA. Apparently, this facility doesn't know laws and rights....they violated mine by saying that because I don't have an insurance card, they won't see me.
