If you are a veteran.....stay clear of this place and just go to the Albany Med urgent care next door to crunch fitness down the street. By Law, if you are a 100% service connected veteran, you can, without appointment, go to an urgent care, and it will be covered with the VA. Apparently, this facility doesn't know laws and rights....they violated mine by saying that because I don't have an insurance card, they won't see me.
