Dad had a bad cut on his finger and they took him in right away. The laceration had stopped bleeding by the time we got there so the first thing they did was to thoroughly clean the finger. Then a doctor came in and a decision was made to use skin glue rather than stitches. We will use this place in the future rather than an ER if the situation calls for it. Last week we had a friend wait 7 hours at an ER. They ended up walking out and going home.

My husband had a bit of a mishap and we decided to run over here to make sure everything was OK. Not sure if we got lucky but our visit was very quick and efficient which is important when you need to visit an urgent care. When we walked in, there was one other family sitting in the waiting room. The nurse greeted us and had us sign in right away. Absolutely amazing care for patients. Walked in and was seen immediately (which during a pandemic doesn't always happen but I was very grateful) secondly the nurse that walked in was exceptional. She calmed me down before getting my covid tests and was open to me and talkative, seemed to actually care about people which made me happy to know she would continue to do an amazing job for years to come. This place was so pleasant from phone calls to the in-person service they were amazing. The gpa took us the wrong way but they guided us there by phone. Everyone working there was super nice and friendly. We didn't have to wait either.

The staff was very professional and caring when we rushed in with my 7 year old who was having an allergic reaction. They made sure to answer all our questions and helped ease our concerns. Overall, I'm VERY pleased with our visit. Keep up the great work WellNow Urgent Care!

Great fast service! My family has used this urgent care several times and have always been satisfied. They are opened 8a-8p. Waiting room is great with water and coffee available. The providers seem to change alot but the service remains the same!! They work with all insurances and the desk staff handles the initial check in fast and friendly.

If you just need a quick fix and you think that they're gonna help then think again because this is my second time trying to get help from them and every single time they tell me I have to come in what is the sense of them having an online visit if you tell me to come in, obviously there's a reason we're not coming in like transportation There's other things that could be in the mix if you're gonna be an online visit being an online visit, don't tell us it's an online visit and then you can't do nothing for us. This office has a SLUSHY machine in their waiting room. I walked in, saw it, and walked right out. This is wildly inappropriate in a healthcare setting. To put it simply, I cannot trust any "healthcare" professional that can authorize such nonsense. DO BETTER.

This place is horrible. I arrived early After booking the online reservation and then was told it wouldn't be too long. So I waited. Then it got to be 40mins past my appointment time so I ask how much longer. She said oh your next. Ok. Now it's been over my appointment time by 20mins. I go and ask how much longer. She starts yelling at me so I talk back and because I said I was itching my ASS off then I was asked to leave. i said don't worry bitch I was leaving and going to the ER.
