This office has a SLUSHY machine in their waiting room. I walked in, saw it, and walked right out. This is wildly inappropriate in a healthcare setting. To put it simply, I cannot trust any "healthcare" professional that can authorize such nonsense. DO BETTER.

This place is horrible. I arrived early After booking the online reservation and then was told it wouldn't be too long. So I waited. Then it got to be 40mins past my appointment time so I ask how much longer. She said oh your next. Ok. Now it's been over my appointment time by 20mins. I go and ask how much longer. After waiting for an hour with appendicitis and watching four people come in, two of which were for colds, I left without being seen and went to my own doctor. Thanks for nothing.

I have not had a voice for the last 2 days and figured I was getting my yearly bronchitis, my actual doctor was super back up so I figured I would come here. Mistake. Rude right from the second you walk in, lady half wearing a mask behind the counter yelling at people to put on a mask, and if you dont have one go to 5 below....which is ironic and funny, before you step foot in the door, they tell you to go to a public place...sick...and get a mask. My daughter went into the location on Veterans Memorial Drive in Batavia, NY. The nurse was amazing. The physician assistant, Pynn is the last name, looked at her and saw an infection and still said she just had covid-19. My daughter was not prescribed any antibiotics for the infection and was sent home after having a test that the PA said would take 2-4 days to get the result. Horrible dishonest liars. They say you are covered for Covid testing and then they send your results to Boston, an out of network provider who charges you $350.00. Go anywhere else.

I went for a covid test before noon on a Saturday so the sample would go out to be tested that day, as I was told it would by the staff. 3 days later, I called, they said the sample did not go out until Monday. Unacceptable.

I have no words for this place. Went today because I feel like I'm coming down with strep throat. The girl at the front desk couldn't be more rude. Then I get taken back and a nurse comes in and does a throat culture and leaves. a couple minutes later a new nurse comes in and greets me with a nasty "so what's the problem?" She proceeds to aggressively give me another throat culture shoving it so hard into the back of my throat that I gag, which I usually don't for those. Terrible experience here. Offering free slushies does not make up for the total lack of caring from the medical "professionals" who work here. Staff was super rude, acted like they were being put out because we required their attention. Sorry, thought that's what you were there for. Also, SO loud for a medical office. TVs blaring in all the rooms and walls so thin you knew what the other people were there for. Honestly would rather bleed in the street than to go back.
