Nurse Practitioner Whitney was amazing and helped me with my issue right away. Matt was awesome too and gave me my shot without issue! As was the receptionist, however I didn't get her name. Quick in and out, easy, friendly, and most of all helpful! Many thanks for your help! You have a solid team there!
My daughter was in and out quickly! The staff is always friendly. This was my second time to this urgent care. Would definitely recommend. Their free game machine is wonderful for waiting kids!
I am new to the area. This was my first visit. Everyone was fantastic to me. I was definitely at my worst. Luckily for me everyone from the receptionist to the nurse to the doctor were at their best. My nurse was so quick and friendly I didn’t even realize my temperature and blood pressure were taken. I think I was in and out of there in about an hour. This will definitely be my go to for future ailments
Went in for a small staph infection on my nose. I was given topical antibiotic ointment by Dr drew. Very nice staff. I called the next day requesting oral antibiotic to accompany the topical and they said I had to wait for Dr Drew to call me back. Then a couple hours later the current on staff doctor called me back and said I didn't need it because the infection was just one lesion and it was small. Dr. Whitney and staff were very knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. They were also friendly and made me feel welcome. My daughter recommended Wellnow Urgent Care and I am glad she did. The office was very clean.
