Went there today for a UTI. Everyone was so kind from front desk to the MA and the doctor. I hope I don't need to go back but if I do it'll be here.

First time visit to WellNow Urgent care and couldn't have been happier, heard and taken care of any better! From the time I walked into the office the front desk young lady to nurse to PA Drew was smooth and friendly. From a veterans wife standpoint I very much appreciate their dedication and honoring of our veterans. Super fast, friendly and even though I come in with multiple children sometimes all or just one being seen and unfortunately as luck would have it typically not too long before clothes if not last patients being seen on multiple occasions I'm always ​ with nothing but patience smiles and quick accurate diagnosis with a treasure treat for each child very thankful to have a reliable Clinic so close to home

Had to visit the Urgent Care while visiting the area. Was very easy to find all the information I needed to schedule an appointment and pre-register online. Office was clean and inviting. My wait time to see a provider was acceptable. The provider that saw me was quick to realize my condition was beyond what she was comfortable with treating in that environment. She took extra steps in assuring that who she was referring me to was going to be able to treat me. All while alerting me that the treatment may be require... read more

First off, I want to say that the care my family has received here has always been excellent but since they were bought out by another company last year, the hassle of dealing with their billing department (an overseas call center) is not worth it! I have been trying to settle a bill from the summer of last year with them that they billed to my insurance incorrectly. I have stayed in constant contact with them trying to get it resolved but they refused to contact my insurance company to try to figure out what went wrong and ... read more

Never, ever, for any reason give wellnow a credit or debit card. If you have insurance they will not forward the bill to the insurance company if they can charge your card. They will wait many months and forward your bill to a medical collection agency and you will be hit with charges on your card one day and you will have no idea what for until you spend many hours on the phone.
