I hadn't been to this facility since 2022, and it seems like it has once again changed ownership. I came in for a painful UTI. After filling out all my information on a tablet, I was told (even though I hadn't even been seen yet) that my visit would cost $82.50! I was floored, as I have both Medicare and Blue Cross. My Co-Pay is $20.00! I also did not have any "previous balance". So, I said "No Thank You" to their service, and walked out the door and to another facility. Felt like a big inconvenience to all of them will not be returning. The doctor questioned if I smoked and second guessed me because he smelled smoke on my hair which felt totally inappropriate.

I was told I had allergies and that my nose was swollen on one side. what I do have is a sinus infection and a very bad deviated septum. At least go somewhere where someone will listen. The counter help was very nice though.
They do X-rays but don't have a licensed technician and if they do they are very bad at readings they will just try an get you out as quick as possible i broke my radial bone towards the elbow they took X-rays and said I had only sprained my shoulder when my shoulder was fine
Impossible to get a COVID test. The receptionist has absolutely no clue on how to check people in and doesn't have any remorse after making people with appointments wait. She accidentally sent out another patients information to another unrelated patient and blamed it "on the system". Will never be back. Will tell everyone to avoid WellNow urgent care.
I was refused treatment unless I was able to list all of the medications I was allergic to. Their application, via an app on my phone, forced me to include my Social Security Number. The woman I spoke with during the video chat was rude. I won't ever go back. So disappointing especially when feeling unwell.
