As soon as she walked in the room and before I could finish explaining, she knew just what was going on. She is very smart, knowledgeable, kind, patience, the best. I would visit her any day. Went to the Camillus WellNow and I was blown away by the efficiency, professionalism, and kindness of the staff. I'm used to going to Cortland before I moved and cannot say the same about them. The building was incredibly clean, also. Cannot recommend these folks enough. Also highly recommend making an appointment on their website beforehand if you're trying to get in and out quicker.
I would’ve given 4 stars but got signed up for automatic “scheduled” payment without my consent with my card I used for a co pay for my visit. This is not okay. Cancelled it just in time but be careful.
I have been to the Camillus Well Now many times and I've always been pleased with my visits there. However, this time I was even more impressed! It was a very busy day, but both Kim, the nurse, and Mike D., the physician, were both amazing! Kim was kind and thorough! I just want to say Ashley -PCT and Trish -PA were phenomenal each time I went I was there 6 months ago for a different situation and they remembered me from the visit I just had they are sooo reliable and very empathetic they made me feel really comfortable each time you would think to only go to them to get treated ! They definitely deserve a lot of praise.
