On Thanksgiving morning, I went to the Camillus WellCare as a result of my messages and pleas for help to my regular doctors going unanswered for several days. I was seen quickly by a PA who was friendly, efficient, and seemed to truly like what she was doing. I went in here and had a decent time.the nurses were real nice to me and I was in and out in about an hour. That's really fast compared to what I'm used to. They also had beverages in the lobby which was comforting

Every time I have needed to visit this location the staff and providers are always extremely friendly, helpful and caring. I have tried other locations to only be turned away. The Camillus locations is 10/10 for the local WellNows!!

Staff is great! At times can be busy, so I'd advise to make an appointment if you can. My non appointment time was reasonable. The only negative is the chairs in one of the waiting rooms is horrible. I'm not sure who thought this type of chair would work well in a doctors office Definitely needs to go.

This place is amazing! There was a 5 hour wait at my local emergency room, so I headed to Wellnow. They got me in immediately and I was seen so quickly. The PA Lydia was so sweet and comforting and I was tested for different sicknesses within probably 10 minutes or so. I cannot say enough good things about this place, wonderful service!!!

I want to acknowledge & applaud Wellnow Urgent Care Camillus NY Michelle Ederer, PA for her intelligence, kindness & knowledge. I came into the Urgent Care sicker than a dog. Had been on the phone w/ my primary doctor's office not getting too much resolve for my serious & annoying health issue. Ms Ederer was cheery, thorough and compassionate when I felt so horrible. I went there at my surprise to do a drug test for a job and then later I found out they didn't give me all of my identification back So when I asked if it was there, they said no And now I have to get my ID replaced

Was TERRIBLE, waited 45 minutes just to get into a room, then when I was in the room, they took 1 hour to actually check on me, yes I was waiting in that room for an actual hour, then they barely checked up on me, I'd go to an actual doctor if I were you, but you Gotta do what you gotta do.

I went there today for a strep test and did not get seen for three hours. They had an emergency patient, that is understandable, but there were multiple nurses. I did not get seen for three hours! I ended up leaving without having seem the doctor. Terrible service in terms of timelines, you are better off going to the ER. (which you'll probably have to wait there too).
