I scheduled a late evening appointment & completed check in forms online. I overheard receptionist tell a walk-in, who had to be turned away due to closing time, that they had seen 120 patients that day. Even having been so busy, the staff was very courteous & pleasant. I was promptly seen by nurse Kamisha for vitals & PA Lydia who was knowledgeable & informative. Great experience!
We had a great experience at WellNow Urgent Care over the weekend. My daughter broke her wrist and she was x-rayed, diagnosed, provided with a temporary cast to stabilize her wrist and discharged in under an hour. The entire team was great, but Makayla went above and beyond to keep my daughter comfortable. 4.5/5 stars. Able to walk in or make appointment. Wait wasn't excessive. Staff pleasant. PA was great - provided clinically appropriate plan (had to go to ED for further evaluation and testing). I will return in future as needed.
I came in pregnant and sick, 30min before they closed. They got me in right away, assessed me, reassured me, told me what i could take that wouldnt harm the baby, and sent me on my way. It was just a great experience. They were kind, supportive, knowledgeable, and everything I needed. I 100% recommend them, their staff, and their facility. Also my husband thoroughly enjoyed his Slush Puppy while he waited in the waiting room.
It was Christmas Day. I booked online. When we got their they greeted us and never acted like they didn't want to be there on Christmas. The receptionist was very nice and the doctor took his time with me.
