I went there at my surprise to do a drug test for a job and then later I found out they didn't give me all of my identification back So when I asked if it was there, they said no And now I have to get my ID replaced

Was TERRIBLE, waited 45 minutes just to get into a room, then when I was in the room, they took 1 hour to actually check on me, yes I was waiting in that room for an actual hour, then they barely checked up on me, I'd go to an actual doctor if I were you, but you Gotta do what you gotta do.

I went there today for a strep test and did not get seen for three hours. They had an emergency patient, that is understandable, but there were multiple nurses. I did not get seen for three hours! I ended up leaving without having seem the doctor. Terrible service in terms of timelines, you are better off going to the ER. (which you'll probably have to wait there too).

1. Website says they take my insurance, they don't. I paid out of pocket $165.00 for them to tell me my privates were swollen. I was given a quick antibiotic. I ended up septic in the emergency room 12 hours later because it was actually a form of gangrene. I almost died because the doctor if you can call him that never looked at my medications or knew anything about side effects. It should have been recognized as a true emergency right away. I have been doing the asbestos physical exam for my job for 3 years in Wellnow this clinic on Erick Boulevard and in my opinion the prices are more expensive every year, the figure they have when you pay online is not true, you have to be prepared to pay a few dollars more, I paid online $165 and at the clinic they asked me for about $75 more. Had an appointment. Waited in an appointment room for almost 2.5 hours to be seen for approximately 5 minutes. Listened to my lungs, heard wheezing, was given nothing to help. Only advice was to keep doing what I am doing and if I don't get better go to the ER.

Had cavities filled. Got worse so went to this well now for pain relief. Given none. Got huge bill and they said Medicare denied so called well now jan 18 and was told by female worker they were actually paid so disregard. Then jan 24 their worker Brittany Howard sent email claiming I should work it out with Medicare to get bill paid. So which worker spoke accurate and r they trying to get me and Medicare to pay double full amounts ? Opening appeal with Medicare. Told dss and opening legal aid case. Skip the trip to the Camillus location and visit the Fairmount Wellnow down the street or another urgent care entirely, especially if visiting for a COVID test. First visit to a WellNow - I went in at 11:30AM, they told me there was a wait (although no one was in the lobby or waiting in the parking lot) and to write my name and number down on a sticky note and they'd call me in an about an hour to come back.
