i have always had a good experience, but unfortunately 03/12/2026 front desk ladies were rude and unprofessional acting like i was bothering them on there job and i didnt appreciate it!! then had to call to see where prescription was sent still very rude to me to say look at discharge papers! when i was at wrong place!! so i had a bad experience today ..... unfortune

Came in with a 1:40 appointment knowing I had a balance that was well now's error and they were resubmitting it. Matt at the desk would not allow me to be seen unless I paid the unowed balance in full. He also would not get a supervisor for me. Another girl came out I asked if she was a supervisor she wasn't but went and talked to one they took care of the problem while Matt shook his head. Everyone else was awesome!!

went in to get seen for I had fell and was having pain breathing and had chest pain. A soon as I walked in the man at the counter asked if I had an appointment? I said I did not and the guy said YAH we are NOT taking in walk in appointments and looked back as his computer. I never had a chance to speak to anybody about my issues! Terrible!!

Employers need to be weary of sending their employees here, especially those employees who are POC for any drug screens. My son lost out on a great job opportunity because of their negligence and incompetency. They screwed up not 1 but 2 drug screens by not properly doing the paperwork and by not following the proper SOP. I cannot begin to express the level of complete dissatisfaction and I experienced with the West Seneca location. I booked an appointment online and told I was number nine in the queue. I then received a text that my appointment was for 6:30 PM to location. I had completed all paperwork online. When I arrived, the complete lack of that was shown to me when I was told been canceled because they were not taking walk-ins any literally blew my mind. The first thing you need to stop IMMEDIATELY is telling patients that their pre-employment PPD test isn't covered by their insurance. That is a LIE! The next thing you MUST stop doing IMMEDIATELY is telling patients their PPD cannot be read one minute before or one minute after the Expiration date/time. That's BS, and you know it. So, you got my daughter to pay out of pocket for something her insurance would have covered, then told her you couldn't read her PPD at 3:09 pm because it expired at 3:10 PM. My wife experienced a UTI in late May, contacted her primary care and was told we cannot see you immediately; please visit an urgent care. She visited the local Wellnow on 5/28/2025. She saw an NP and briefly saw the onsite doctor. She was diagnosed with onsite testing to have a UTI. Labs were sent out to confirm. We recently received an EOB from our insurance company.
