This is my go to for urgent needs. They are efficient and supremely professional. They once again provided exceptional care for my mom then my son who was with us when he admitted to me that he was unwell. They were prompt to figure out his insurance issue. They are splendid people.
It was a good experience. They checked for flu, covid and made sure I didn't have fluid in my lungs with x rays. I left knowing I had bronchitis and two wonderful scripts that are helping. I will back to normal in a couple days they said and I'm feeling it. Thank you Amy Patton for the care I received.
The best experience I've ever had at an urgent care facility. No wait. Took me right in. Very fast. Thorough. Everyone nice. Actually gave me meds! Many don't. I will always come here from now on.
The staff were amazing! The wait time was very short despite being a walk-in visit and the appointment was very straightforward. It was refreshing actually being listened to and taken care of instead of overlooked and having my symptoms downplayed like I’ve experienced at other medical facilities. A huge thank you to the PA, Amy, who saw me yesterday. She made the appointment go by so smooth and provided me with great care.
As much as I don’t like going to anywhere that has anything to do with medical-related situations (hospitals & health centers make me nervous), WellNow has always been the backup healthcare center that I go to whenever I have no way to go to my primary clinic as soon as possible. I have been here multiple times and each time I have, the nurses and staff are always considerate of me with no judgement. I am very grateful for the staff, nurses and persistent kindness given 🙂.
