The worst experience I've ever had. I usually will go to wellnow because it is faster. I went to the one on ridge rd. I was charged almost 200 dollars of co pay when I normally pay 25 and was told that sometimes their systems make mistakes and that I had to pay it anyways if I wanted to be seen and that I can just call billing afterwards to make sure that the charge was actually correct or not, then they could "refund" me. I have had a good experience during Covid with WellNow but recently I had a not so good one. I went to there because of a piercing I believed to be infected. When I showed up they told me it looked infected and told me that they would have to take out the earring. Stupidly I let them, and he took out the wrong earring first even though it was pretty obvious which one was irritated. Where do I begin? WellNow has terrible! If you want to get a COVID-19 test don't make an appointment! Just walk in and complain about your symptoms. I made an appointment did what they asked and I sat in my car, sick waiting to be called in for my "appointment" I sat in my car for over an hour while walk-in people were given priority? I've had a positive experience here before (also during COVID). My time was quick, the staff was relatively nice and overall everything was fine. However, the most recent visit I had was extremely frustrating which resulted in the negative review. I walked in and a woman with her young daughter were just behind me. We stood there for a good five minutes listening to different workers in the building talking/laughing. Meanwhile, this child was experiencing an allergic reaction. Came here for some urgent lab testing. Was told I'd get results by phone within 48-72 hours . Called after 72 hours and was told I have to wait a week or so to get results in mail. I'll never go back here again.
