I've had a positive experience here before (also during COVID). My time was quick, the staff was relatively nice and overall everything was fine. However, the most recent visit I had was extremely frustrating which resulted in the negative review. I walked in and a woman with her young daughter were just behind me. We stood there for a good five minutes listening to different workers in the building talking/laughing. Meanwhile, this child was experiencing an allergic reaction. Came here for some urgent lab testing. Was told I'd get results by phone within 48-72 hours . Called after 72 hours and was told I have to wait a week or so to get results in mail. I'll never go back here again.
